    Well that was engaging and has become part of my day to day thinking while at home and at work. Consciously not eating in front of the TV, refilling water bottles for the kids, and sorting everything before tossing in trash can. Thank you for a fun learning experience :)

    Being outside for all our meals yesterday was nice. No screen time and used compost for all our paper towels and scraps :)
